2. Objectives • To become a significant “player” in the physical security market in India. • To build a professional team that will be able to run the operational locally by itself .

Man power • Sales department manager • Technical department manager • Two sales managers - each one will be in charge on different area ( North / south) • Two engineers - for project management and technical presale activity • Five technicians ( two existing one and three new ) • Three people as Support stuff as back office for proposal preparation- technical writing , drawings etc • Accounting and administration ( shared with Smiths) • Reception and "office boy"
4. assumptions • At first 6 month – presale and technical support will be based on Magal’s Israeli team. • Comprehensive technical training in India and Israel. • Project management will be escorted by an Israeli managers
5. Business opportunities • The goal is to reach 5 M US$ new orders • The main pipeline projects are : – IAF airfield security – ONGC pipeline and sites security – Civil airports owned by the civil aviation authority – Prisons – Sea ports
