Our manufacturing unit is equipped with the most advanced manufacturing techniques that provide various industrial applications such as forging, CNC machining, VMC machining, Casting, and Laser cutting, welding. Forging is a manufacturing process involved in shaping the metal using localized compressive forces. It usually requires further machining. CNC machining is a manufacturing process, which utilizes computerized controls to operate and manipulate machines and cutting tools to shape stock material. We use the most accurate and reliable high-speed precision spindle unit for a tight- tolerance milling. Tactile warnings provide a distinctive surface pattern of trimmed domes, cones, or bars, detectable by a long cane or underfoot, which are used to alert the visually impaired of approaching streets and hazardous surface or grade changes.
