inspired by both Edward Hopper and David Hockney. Hopper inspired me to use small brushes to apply intricate detail to a bigger piece. Hockney inspired me to use different viewpoints in order to build up my final composition.

the task of creating an exterior design for a villa in Spain. My ideas were affected by the surrounding environment; for example, I wanted large windows to show the mountain views around the villa. These plans show how I calculated measurements and combined different parts to create one final design. I also added tone to show how different directions of sunlight affects areas of the building.
a scalpel to create a rough idea of my final artefact. This prototype has helped me to improve my final idea and use better materials and adhesive to create a more sustained piece. For example, next time I will use a hot glue gun and thinner card.
