  7. After a learning experience, think about what you have learnt

and how you could best use it. Set time aside to reflect on your learning. Share what you have learnt from the experience with others. Deliberate reflection Before a learning activity, think about what you could learn from it. Anticipate potential challenges. Think about what you have learnt from similar experiences in the past and how that learning might impact your approach this time. Active anticipation Application Think, Reflect, & Apply How many experiences do you have during the average day at work? How about a week? A month? A year? Our focus in the working day is usually on getting the job done. Rarely do we stop and think about what we’ve learnt from those experiences and what we could use from them to overcome new challenges or identify opportunities. As the pace of change continuously increases, we know that the only way to keep up is to learn continuously...And the easiest way to speed our learning is to get better at learning from our day to day experiences. Learning activity / experience People who anticipate and reflect, apply 24% more of what they learn from their experiences.
  8. “All human beings are born entrepreneurs.” You were born an

entrepreneur. However, that doesn’t guarantee you will live like one. Instincts need nurturing. Potential needs realising. So take control of your development. Start exploring and discovering new things. Start taking intelligent risks. Start pursuing breakout opportunities. And most of all, start forging your own differentiated career plan. For life in a constantly evolving world, the trick is to never stop starting. #yallaletsgrow #alwaysbelearning Pivot. Reinvent yourself. Muhammad Yunus
