Campus branches Lot of students in the last semester after placement are free and hardly have any classes to attend Taking advantage of above fact we can have Campus branches in which we can take in interns paying them (20 - 30k per month) lot of people will be interested in joining Riqwan is a good example for this. Think of having 4-5 people like Riqwan working for our company in chennai during their last semester.
2. Pros Talented set of people (BITS, IITs) who are placed on campus and free to work for 3-4 months If we are good with them we can offer PPOs and they will be ready to move to our City Branches We will have continuous ow of incoming talent pool and we can keep taking more people depending on the requirement Less investement & operational cost for of ce in places like Pilani, Kharagpur etc.. Covers lot of our recruitment costs
3. Cons Regular training to be given if the conversion rate is less (Solution: Offer more than their current offer.) Need one person to work in these places and not everyone might like to work in remote areas to carry out the operations
