Problem / Unique Insight Problem - Misses to get up to take out the garbage - Feels uncomfortable because of a bad smell and flies around the trash bin Unique Insight - She puts a garbage inside the fridge not to make it rotten until the day for taking it out 3 Keeps to make sound until a user picks up a garbage on the product
