Getting yourself recognized as a storyboard artist or a presenter can be quite difficult and there are no two ways about it—you have to give it time. But that’s not the only thing you have to do. And as soon as Today Decision understood this particular customer behavior, they understood what they had to do.
 
They started their journey by writing blogs about home and garden-related products but “plan on expanding to many different topics including gadgets and electronic devices.” according to Today Decision’s Project Manager, Sajedeh Moghimbeyk.
 
The way they write their articles is by first gathering the data they need and looking for relevant research about the topic or the products. After they’ve written their articles, comes the rigorous fact checking that has to be done to guarantee accuracy of the information their readers digest.
 
“To do the fact checking, we check the accuracy of our content by putting them against source articles and seeing where the inaccuracies are. After we’ve checked the products, comes checking the researches that are cited in our articles. All of these are super necessary to make sure our users are satisfied with what we offer.” says Alireza Saberi, Editor-in-Chief at Today Decision about their fact checking process.
 
As for the products they cover, they’re mostly selected from the trending products on Amazon and other retailers. Today Decision’s Deal Hunter, Saba Sharifi, also checks forums like Reddit to find out which brands and products are popular. This will ensure that every single product on their website is either best-selling or popular among actual customers.
 
Today Decision is also active on their social media channels like YouTube and TikTok. You could think of them as sequels to their content. The reason is that they post videos that are about certain tips and tricks that you’d find useful about the products they’ve covered. All of this to help their readers get the most out of their content. 
 

Here’s what Today Decision’s Social Media Manager, Sanam Tanha, has to say about customer behavior on social media:“It’s quite incredible how fast the trends on social media change depending on the seasons. You could expect a rise in the views for your air conditioner-related articles, for example, during the summer.”
