Product Brass Screw plugs, Heads & Flanges Material Grade Used: CuZN39Pb3, CuZ40Pb2 (CW617N and CW614N) , CZ121, Eco Brass ( Zero Lead Brass) CW510L,Brass Flanges/Heads are Forged (Hex and Diameter size varies from 40mm to 100mm) and then machined on CNC/VMC machines to get a high tolerance dimension within (10 microns) speciallythe position of the holes. There are different sizes of Brass Screw plugs & Hose Nipples we produce ranging from BSP threading G1/2” , G 1", G 1 1/2”, G 1.75”, G2”, G 2.25 & G2 5" as well as variety of BSPT & NPT threading. Also, we bore No of holes (3,6 or 12) depending on the requirement of customer for brazing of the copper pipes at the customer's and as they are used in manufacturing of Immersion and Tubular heating elements

CNC / VMC Ferrous and Non Ferrous Metal We offer a variety of turned components in different raw materials from Carbon Steel to Teflon PTFE with a very high precision and tolerances which are catered to various industries globally having complicated applications. We excel in manufacturing a vast range of components, sizes ranging from 4mm to 120mm round bars, pipes and Hex bars. We also offer parts made from Laser Cutting for a smaller qty. All these ferrous and nonferrous turned components are generally made on the Traub machines (Conventional) as well as CNC/VMC/ HMC machines in order to get a high precision if the tolerances are strict.
5. Ferrous and Non Ferrous Stamping Components We provide custom-built individual components or Sub- Assemblies from variety of raw material ranging from different grades of Steel( Zinc. Nickel, Tin Coated), stainless steel AISI 304. 316, 3161_. Brass. copper Aluminiumand even micanite. We do stampings of thickness varying from 0.4mm to 6mm thickness.
6. Nickel and Tin Platted Brass Components We also do Nickel and Tin patting on the brass components which are used specialty in electrical applicatims. We supply ferrules which are tin platted having 5 Microns to a Germany company that makes antenras and are a leading global brand in the world. Also we supply lot of brass components to other Germany company completely assembled which are nickel patted and are used in water pumps and in fountains. We also make variety of banjo screws used in water pumps and lawn mover.
