1. In what ways does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products?
2. Our film has characteristics usually found in thrillers. For example, • Daniel (the hero) is stopping the government (the villain) • A very large scale (A single person fighting a corrupt government) • Whilst it is very minor, violence is a common theme from the start, for example, Jakes character throwing a paper ball at Daniel.
3. Why does our work adhere to these conventions ? We adhere to these conventions because it gives our work a thriller theme instantly (this is an example of how research has had an impact on our final production), this can give us direction as well as helping the audience understand what kind of film they are watching. How have you been unconventional? We have been unconventional in some areas, such as the location not being extreme (Airports, etc) its in a school.
