Stress-free Productivity & The Gift of Time

Hacking Time in the Digital Era:
I teach how to find time for anything you want and make sure you always work smarter not harder.
I mostly focus on how to use only the positive aspects of tech so we can achieve our life's goals , effortless.
It is meaningless to me if you achieve your business goals but lost some or all of your friends and family on the way - so MyMethod is all about finding the right time for every part of your life so that you can have everything - now.

Parker, The Founding President of Facebook “The thought process that went into building these applications, Facebook being the first of them, … was all about: ‘How do we consume as much of your time and conscious attention as possible?'” , “And that means that we need to sort of give you a little dopamine hit every once in a while, because someone liked or commented on a photo or a post or whatever. And that’s going to get you to contribute more content, and that’s going to get you more likes and comments.” “It’s a social-validation feedback loop … exactly the kind of thing that a hacker like myself would come up with, because you’re exploiting a vulnerability in human psychology.” “The inventors, creators — it’s me, it’s Mark [Zuckerberg], it’s Kevin Systrom on Instagram, it’s all of these people — understood this consciously. And we did it anyway.” As Parker left the stage, he joked that Mark Zuckerberg was going to block his Facebook account.. © All rights reserved - Bat-chen Grinberg - worksmarternotharder.tech

Attention Economy :World Economy Forum Time has served us well for the last 300 years. Our increasingly accurate sense of time has propelled our progress allowing us to do more and achieve more. However if we want to continue to achieve we need to realize that time is no longer the most valuable resource . Time is no longer money! Attention is what matters now. Success no longer comes from doing more things at a time but by capturing attention – by doing less things more interestingly. To succeed in the future of artificial intelligence, big data, and robots, we need to solve complex problems, we need to think and be creative. Our time fueled desire to do more undermines these core capabilities. © All rights reserved - Bat-chen Grinberg - worksmarternotharder.tech

All rights reserved - Bat-chen Grinberg - worksmarternotharder.tech Raj Raghunathan. PHD Professor of marketing at the university of Texas Austin Author of If you're so smart, why aren’t you happy? Why not working more than 40 hours per week may be the smartest thing you could do Contrary to what many of us believe, being anxious actually undermines changes of success especially in creative or intellectual tasks. When we feel stressed a part of our brains capacity is occupied by the stress. By contrast when we feel relaxed or happy a larger share of our brains capacity is available for the task at hand. Furthermore, when we are happy and positive we are likely to be better co-workers. This means that it's important to feel mentally fresh and physically well-rested when we get to work, that’s when we are most likely to experience flow and develop our skills and talents.

Part 1: Stop saying” I don’t have the time”. Everybody has the exact same time. What separates you from others is the way you manage your time. The correct question at any given moment: “What is right thing to do right now?” Keep in mind that work will never be over and has no ending. Try not to answer a message the minute it arrived. Ask “What is my time for answering messages, returning phone calls, writing emails, creating new materials, etc?” Each task has the right time and place. © All rights reserved - Bat-chen Grinberg - worksmarternotharder.tech

IF YOU TRY TO CALM IT, IT ONLY MAKES IT WORSE, BUT OVER TIME IT DOES CALM, AND WHEN IT DOES, THERE’S ROOM TO HEAR MORE SUBTLE THINGS — THAT’S WHEN YOUR INTUITION STARTS TO BLOSSOM AND YOU START TO SEE THINGS MORE CLEARLY AND BE IN THE PRESENT MORE. © All rights reserved - Bat-chen Grinberg - worksmarternotharder.tech

All rights reserved - Bat-chen Grinberg - worksmarternotharder.tech DARWIN WAS A SLACKER AND YOU SHOULD BE TOO Many famous scientists have something in common— they didn’t work long hours When you examine the lives of history’s most creative figures, you are immediately confronted with a paradox: They organize their lives around their work, but not their days. Figures as different as Charles Dickens, Henri Poincaré, and Ingmar Bergman, working in disparate fields in different times, all shared a passion for their work, a terrific ambition to succeed, and an almost superhuman capacity to focus. Yet when you look closely at their daily lives, they only spent a few hours a day doing what we would recognize as their most important work. The rest of the time, they were hiking mountains, taking naps, going on walks with friends, or just sitting and thinking. Their creativity and productivity, in other words, were not the result of endless hours of toil. Their towering creative achievements result from modest “working” hours. >> BY ALEX SOOJUNG-KIM PANGPHOTOCOLLAGES BY HANNAH K. LEE

All rights reserved - Bat-chen Grinberg - worksmarternotharder.tech COCA-COLA’S EX-CEO BRIAN DYSON […] Imagine life as a game in which you are juggling some five balls in the air. You name them work, family, health, friends and spirit. And you’re keeping all of these in the air. You will soon understand that work is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will bounce back. But the other four balls – family, health, friends and spirit – are made of glass. If you drop one of these, they will be irrevocably scuffed, marked, nicked, damaged or even shattered. They will never be the same. You must understand that and strive for balance in your life. >

The disciplined pursuit of less by Greg Mckeown "…Many of us say yes to things because we are eager to please and make a difference. Yet the key to making our highest contributions may well be saying no. as Peter Drucker said "…People are effective because they say 'no', because they say 'this isn't for me'. " Given the reality of trade offs, we can't choose to do everything. The real question is who will get to choose what we do and don’t do. Remember when we forfeit our right to choose someone else will choose for us so we can either deliberately choose what not to do or allow ourselves to be pulled in directions we don’t want to go…" © All rights reserved - Bat-chen Grinberg - worksmarternotharder.tech

1900 the average American worker worked more than 60 hours a week. A standard schedule was ten-hour days, six days a week. You stopped working when it was too dark to see or to go to church. It was exhausting. It was often fatal. © All rights reserved - Bat-chen Grinberg - worksmarternotharder.tech

helped turn this around. In 1916, railroad unions demanded an eight-hour work day, largely because work after that point correlated with a rise in accidents and death. The railroads declined. So workers went on strike. America’s rail system nearly came to a halt. © All rights reserved - Bat-chen Grinberg - worksmarternotharder.tech

Woodrow Wilson, desperate to get the trains moving, asked congress to write an eight-hour railroad work day into law ASA The Adamson Act. Twenty years later, the New Deal pushed for broader workers’ rights. © All rights reserved - Bat-chen Grinberg - worksmarternotharder.tech

irony is that people can get some of their most important work done outside of work, when they’re free to think and ponder. The struggle is that we take time off maybe once a year, without realizing that time to think is a key element of many jobs, and one that a traditional work schedule doesn’t accommodate very well. © All rights reserved - Bat-chen Grinberg - worksmarternotharder.tech

“larger questions” often can’t be tackled at work, because creativity and critical thinking require uninterrupted focus – like going for a walk or sitting quietly on a couch by yourself. never going to be an Adamson Act for knowledge workers who need time to think. It’s up to you to figure it out.
