Although our headquarters is located in Tokyo, we have employees who live in remote areas such as Gunma and Shizuoka prefectures, and we also have many employees who have children under elementary school age and are balancing work and childcare. We encourage employees to come to work at least once a week, but we are flexible on the frequency of coming to work, taking into consideration the place of residence and timing. Once a month, all employees gather at our headquarters for an All Hands Meeting to celebrate Beatrust's growth, and we also hold an off-site training camp once every three to six months.
