2. Live projects Mentoring Personal Development Project Rotation There won’t be any made up projects, tea making duties or mundane admin tasks for you. We value the skills and energy you bring and will help you to develop them by working on live client projects with the rest of the team. Placement students are paired with an experienced mentor to help them through the early months and to deal with the technical challenges throughout. We actively discuss with everyone in the team what technologies or skills they would like to improve on and then map a plan to achieve it. We’ll ensure you get good exposure to a wide variety of project work and this will help you to understand what you might want to focus on the future. We’re a digital agency creating user- friendly websites, web applications and mobile experiences. We pride ourselves on our expertise, strategic thinking and ability to use technology to create innovative solutions for our customers, from large multinationals to lean startups. We’re specialists in responsive design, strategy and innovation, providing digital solutions to brands such as Nissan and Top Gear. Whilst we work with big name brands, we’re still a close knit team. Headed up by brothers Julian and René, who are still hands on in the design process, we love building industry leading digital design. Gloople is the UK’s 1st “Social Sharing” eCommerce Freemium platform, designed specifically for SME’s to have a big brand experience with a multi- channel environment. Gloople have integrated the latest online, social and mobile technology on a single platform - the tech team are dedicated to building and maintaining it. There won’t be any mundane tasks or tea making duties: it will be a challenge but it will be worth it. We strive to make our working environment a fun and enjoyable place to be.
