  1. Seren  was  a  Blogcade/e  when   she  won  a  chance

     to  go  to  a  2   day  blogging  workshop.     She  also  finished  her    2nd  year  at   Monash  Uni  studying  German,   LinguisAcs,  Literature  and   PainAng.  
  2. Tristan  is  growing  very  tall  but  managed  to  break  

    his  collarbone  aEer  falling  off  his  skateboard   Luckily  the  fish  at  the  Royal  Children’s  Hospital   looked  aEer  him  and  took  his  mind  off  the  pain!   And  fish  is  one  of  his  favourite  foods  too.  
  3. Brenna  is  s;ll  our   resident  foodie  and  is  a

      great  cook  and  baker.   She’s  working  at  Grill’d   in  Carlton  and  doing   some  babysiCng   before  star;ng  her  last   year  of  VCE  in  2014.     We  had  a  lovely   surprise  early  in  the   year  when  her  friend   Lily  and  family  came  to   Australia  for  a  holiday   and  spent  a  day  with  us   at  Gisborne  and  Mt   Macedon.  
  4. We  had  Christmas  at  brother  Bart’s  this  year.    

    Tristan  is  geOng  taller  than  his  sisters  now  –  but  not  as   tall  yet  as  his  cousins  (Zac  at  the  back)  and  uncles  (Johnny   at  right)  
  5. We’re  sAll  living  at  Hughesdale  and   we  had  bundles

     of  beauAful  roses   bloom  around  the  garden  this  year  
  6. My  trip  to  Indonesia  with  Dad  took  in   Bali

     (above),  Jogja  and  Borobudur  (top   R)  Surabaya  Vet  School  (middle  R)  and   the  Bandung  art  gallery  (right).  The  food   and  hospitality  was  amazing  &  Dad  was   a  hit  with  the  locals  everywhere.  
  7. Turkey  was  a  great  experience,  even   seeking  refuge  in

     a  Men’s  Club  aEer  a   bit  of  a  skirmish    with  protestors,  police   and  tear  gassing.  Everyone  was  back  on   the  streets  the  next  day.   The  Trojan  Horse   at  Cannakale!  
  8. While  Stephen’s  been  graEing  away  at  his   PhD  this

     year  and  working  at  ACU  and  now  at   Melbourne  Uni  -­‐  I’ve  been  doing  lots  of   painAng  –  mostly  sAll  life  works
