  2. - taking on way too much work Bad Habits: -

    working 18 hr days - eating terrible / comfortably
  3. - 2 to 4 cups of coffee, at least. Typical

    Day Liquids: - Diet Coke & Gatorade = more caffeine - 0 water.
  4. - huge sandwiches with chips Typical Day Foods: - even

    bigger salads w/ ketchup - good old southern home cooking - epic deserts
  5. - 4 to 8 tall of water if not more

    Typical Day Liquids: - acai juice - wheat grass shots (1-3 a day)
  6. - simply lots more walking Typical Day Exercise: - surfing

    2-3 days a week - walking my dog to the park - and now skating around SF
  7. - easily 60% less if not more (I now charge

    more for my time which means less hustle for work.) Typical Day Stress:
  8. - much healthier freelance lifestyle RESULTS: - 10x more energy

    - 60% less stress - from 196 lbs to 156 lbs in 2.5 months
