- 2 to 4 cups of coffee, at least. Typical
Day Liquids: - Diet Coke & Gatorade = more caffeine - 0 water.
- huge sandwiches with chips Typical Day Foods: - even
bigger salads w/ ketchup - good old southern home cooking - epic deserts
- yea right... Typical Day Exercise:
