Upon completion of his residency, he moved back to Houston, where he grew up, and started a private practice in 2001 at the Texas Medical Center. Establishing Practice in Sugar Land and Leadership in Neuroscience Programs In 2005, Dr. Bindal moved his practice to Sugar Land, Texas, as the first full-time neurosurgical practice in Fort Bend County. He recognized the need for advanced spine treatments in this community and helped develop the Methodist Sugar Land Spine Center, serving as its Director from 2009 to 2013. Dr. Bindal was also instrumental in establishing the Methodist Sugar Land Neuroscience Program in Fort Bend County. He later served as the program's surgical Director from 2013 to 2017, helping patients to access state-of-the-art neurological care close to home.
