Glou Higashi Shinjuku House Manual

"Welcome to our Humble Home."We are located in the heart of Shinjuku. Our place can access to the nearest two Metro train station which is the Higashi Shinjuku Station and Shin-Okubo Station. Accessible to many restaurants, and tourist spot around here in Shinjuku.
Our House Manual indicates our contact details, check-in process, policies and accessible ways from Narita Airport and Haneda Airport via Train or Bus (this is one of the easiest way example to reach our place but theres other ways as well, see the picture above).

Check-in and Check-out • We have reception area and our business hour will start from 8:00-22:00 JST • Standard Check in is 15:00-22:00 JST. • Guest who is coming late after our business hour, please contact us in advance and we will arrange someone to wait your arrival. • Guest who come early before check-in time, you can leave your luggage to us and come back at 15:00- 22:00. Early Check in is subject of availability. • Standard Check out is 10:00 JST. • Guest wanted to have a late check out is subject of availability.

Two Nearest Station to our House: From Higashi Shinjuku Station: Higashi Shinjuku station (Toei line Exit at A1), just 2 min. walk to our house, please cross to the pedestrian line and walk straight, please follow the green arrow. When you see this building on your left side ,please turn left to the corner.
7. Continue walking and turn right side to the corner. Please walk straight this street and follow the green arrow. On your left side is our Humble Home. Welcome to our House.
8. Shin Okubo Station please exit on your right side. Our House can reach by walk for about 11-12 minutes. Continue walking straightly, and follow the green arrow until you see the Taiwanese Café Shop on the right side. From Shin-Okubo Station:
9. When you see the Taiwanese Café Shop and small variety food store, please turn right on the center street and continue walking. Turn left on this corner and few steps turn right, soon you will reach our house.

11. * Our Reception open from 8:00 to 22:00JST. * Guest check-in time is 15:00 to 22:00JST. * Guest check-out time is 10am, if you need to be early or late check-out please inform to our staff the day before check-out. * Your room key can use for main gate and your room, please keep it all the way with you. Once lost it will fine 20,000 JPY or more. * The main gate will be auto lock after 22:00, please use the key to open the main gate if you are coming back late. * Although smoking is not permitted within hotel buildings themselves, guest who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas. Once found will be fine 50,000 JPY or more. * Lighter, Matches, Candle are prohibited to use inside the room. * We provide Luggage Elevator to B1 and 2nd Floor, if you need to use it please inform to our staff. * Due to our limited space, we can only keep your luggage after check out by charged. * For security reasons, visitors who are not registered please leave before 11pm. To who are staying overnight without registered, we will impose an additional fee. * Guest can connect the FREE WIFI in this whole building. * We have Coin Laundry and Drying set up in B1. * Cooking is not allow in our hotel, If your room have set up with kitchen please don’t use it, for safety purposes. * For room equipped with loft, please don’t move the ladder. * Please follow the instruction of “how to use loft ladder”. Please be cautions while using the window. * We are located in the residential area, please minimize your voices after 22:00. * For long stay guests, we will collect your rubbish by daily between 13:00-15:00. * We will store the lost and forgotten items for 3 days if no contact. For the food and drinks, we will dispose it. * ALL the room facility can’t bring out. * Room facilities damaged by purpose should be charged compensation fee. * The voltage in Japan is 100v.
