The app is purchased through Apple School Manager and deployed to the iPad devices of those in the approval team. Tech support checks the app’s compatibility with the iOS. The app’s security features are reviewed, with a specific focus on protections in place for faculty and student data. The Instructional Technology Coach meets with the teacher to discuss the educational value of the app. If the app is determined to be of educational value and secure, it is deployed!
