My talk for Big Design 2016

The industry experts are boldly claiming 2016 as the year of the bots. Companies worldwide have already created bots for their business. Can a piece of code actually replicate the experience human beings have when they talk to each other? How can designers adapt in a future where pushing pixels doesn’t matter anymore? This talk answers some of these intricate questions as it discusses the challenges we face while embracing the brave new future of conversational design.
