    triage  tools  to  op:mize  his  email   a<en:on  budget  because  mismatch   between  the  kind  of  a<en:on  a   conversa:on  deserves  and  the   presence  he  delivers  creates  stress.

     “totally  outdated”:  “I  don’t   know,  it’s  like  nostalgic.    I  don’t  want   to  unsubscribe  from  them.    But  I  also   don’t  want  to  get  their  emails.”  – Donny   •  “There’s  all  sorts  of  things…requests   that  will  take  me  2  hours  or  2  days  to   fulfill.    Am  I  supposed  to  stop  and  do   that  now?”  –Dave   •  “I’ll  go  through  and  delete  them  all  first   [the  “everything  else”  category]  and   then  I’ll  go  back  to  what  I  actually  want   to  read”  –Mike
