Systems for Success @LisaSabinWilson @webdevstudios
A full pipeline isn’t all you need to succeed and
grow. @LisaSabinWilson @webdevstudios
New business doesn’t mean a thing without the right systems
in place to support it.
Project Operations Project Lifecycle Requirements Gathering Needs Analysis Project Architecting
Cost Mapping Statement of Work Design and/or Development Cycle QA / UAT Launch
Project Operations Project Lifecycle Code review cycles Time and cost
tracking Project Management Change management Up Selling value add ons
Project Retrospective Gather the internal team members involved with the
project build and openly discuss the ups and downs of the project from day one to day done.
Retrospective Everyone learns valuable lessons, both good and bad. These
lessons get applied to each new project in hopes of being more efficient and better at what we do.
Cost Analysis Time Tracking Have team members track time against
tasks. Weekly cost review Review the cost weekly to stay aware of budget. Cost Retrospective Review the over and under. Learn from the over. Understanding where every project dollar is spent is KEY.
A full pipeline is terrific! Congratulations!
But… Revenue doesn’t mean shit if you’re not profitable.
