    Ø Do not use cursive fonts or colors unnecessarily Ø A signature is good but don’t overdo it Ø Voice call makes communication more effective Ø Do video conferences Ø Ask questions – never hesitate to ask questions

    tone Ø Understand the tasks properly before taking a contract Ø Think, Plan, Brainstorm and then quote Ø It’s OK to reject tasks you can not perform Ø Always update the client on your status, even if you don’t have anything significant Ø Create a sense of personal touch but don’t overdo it.
