2. Note: the beloved heroes and hated villains in this list are included based on their ability to use electricity in an ascending order. This means they wouldn’t necessarily make it into a list of the most powerful beings in the universe overall or might be higher rated in another list.
3. Doctor Doom The notorious Doctor Doom has many supernatural abilities that make him a powerful enemy. Even though the electricity is generated by his armour and hence is not his natural ability, the armour was created by him and gives him the ability to discharge enormous quantities of electricity, giving him a place in this list.
4. Electro Electro’s powers include electricity manipulation and flight, but after an experimental procedure he became a lot more powerful, adding electromagnetic abilities, the ability to manipulate the electric currents in the human brain, and more to his toolset. He is able to store indefinite amounts of electricity and easily compensates his weakness with sheer power.
5. Thor Even though he is one of the strongest superheroes, Thor often counts on his trusty hammer, Mjolnir. Even without the hammer, Thor has the ability to discharge electricity, though at a lot lower levels. With Mjolnir in his hand, he is able to manipulate storms and discharge a lot higher levels of electricity.
6. Storm Storm is one of the most powerful mutants in the Marvel universe, considered an Omega- level by the Sentinels. Her abilities are often limited by her own emotional state and sometimes fear of what she might cause. As a weather manipulator, she has a natural affinity to manipulating and directing the electricity in the air.
7. Zeus When it comes to electricity, who can be more powerful than the literal God of Lightning in the Greek Mythology? His physical and mental abilities are impressive on their own, being able to battle the Hulk 1v1. But he truly shines when he starts hurling his lightning. Even though there are more powerful beings in the universe, Zeus has proven himself as the champion of electricity.
