  2. NATURES WAY TO ENTER STATE In your minds eye, go

    to a nature place, finding a place where you can sit comfortably and relax. You notice a gently flowing river of clean clear natural spring water. Imagine this water coming up into your feet, cleansing and removing all toxins, all negativity, all worry... cleansing your feet, your ankles, your legs. You feel this water coming up through your hips, your stomach, your back and spine, your chest, your shoulders, your arms, your legs, up through your neck and your head. Now notice a beam of white light that enters and fills and expands - surrounding and enfolding, filling you from your head, your heart, your entire body. If you notice any areas that appear dark, fill them with this white light. Imagine white light pouring down into your head, healing every part of you, filling your head, your neck your shoulders, your chest, your heart......all the way down to your toes filling you with white light, white light, white light….and now you feel this light filling and warming your heart center, always available, always within you and surrounding you.
