  3. エラーメールから抽出 • 7月から11月末までの5か月間 • エラーメールは507通 • UserUnknown 除外 • OverQuota

    除外 • 重複除外 • Spam判定されたところからの通知除外 • そもそも受け取ってくれなかったものも除外 • 結果→87通 • 意外に少ない？

  4. どんな間違いか • 文字のswap・・・13通 • TLD（属性含む）間違い・・・9通 • 近隣キーの押し間違い・・・13通 • 文字抜け・・・35通 •

    文字混入・・・8通 • 見間違いか？・・・6通
