30. Questions & Answers Input, what and how do you receive images before being processed, are there minimum requirements? Output, how do you deliver your work? To receive & deliver images, we use several popular services. 1. Dropbox 2. WeTransfer 3. FTP If you want us to use your own FTP, Server or any other 3rd party file transfer system, we will use that as well.
31. Minimum Requirements Are there any minimum requirements? No. There is no minimum requirements. But we prefer bulk order.
32. Process Flow Start Processing File Transfer with proper ZC will process according to instruction using Dropbox, FTP, Instruction. Wetransfer or any other 3rd party file transfer system. Process Flow of Zenith Clipping Approval Quality Check by ZC Client check the processed ZC team will check images and approve the work. If processing quality before any modification required, client sending to client will send the images back to ZC Team as redo task. ZC Team will redo task without additional cost.
33. File Transfer - Automatic We Prefer using Dropbox. When a client agree to work with us we create a dedicated folder for that client. Each time client wants to share images with us, client will create a sub-folder under that folder, he/she will drop all images in that folder. We will get the files once uploading is completed from client end. We will check the instruction and files before start working. Once our team finish processing the images, we create a folder under that subfolder “Done” and we will keep all the processed files within that folder. Once uploading is completed from our end, dropbox will start syncing folder & files in client end.
34. File Transfer - Manual Client can send us files by using WeTransfer or FTP or any other 3rd party link. We will process the images and send back to client by using Dropbox / WeTransfer. FTP can be done automated. At the moment, we are not using any customized software for files transfer. Currently, we rely on Dropbox & WeTransfer. We have premium subscription on both platforms.

37. How we calculate service amount We use Google Spreadsheet to track the amount of images send by a client. If you have any better solution to track the service amount, please advise us, we will update our log system.
38. Discounts We offer discounts to every client's depends on the number of images we process for them. Please see the chart to understand our discount model. 39. Free Trial We offer free trial to all of our new client. We request you send images and instructions to process your trial. We offer image processing services for 7 main category. You can get trial 2 images from each category. Total 14 images will be process free of cost for new clients only.
