Affron Slinka, a cat on his last life and the 9-time champion of formeowla-1 (Formula 1 for cats) is bored with beating the same old racers in the same old competition until he encounters the wrong kind of challenger: a new entrant to the field, Indi Biscuits - the first cat ever born with 10 lives - who grew up watching Slinka race and has no desire to beat his hero.
