4. Problem Statement Do you know what medicine you are allergic to ? Do you remember what was sugar level 3 months back ? Do you remember last time what medicine you took for fever? • Keeping Track of all you medical history and getting consultation on the basis of that is still a dream. • Maintaining the medical documents and tracking the history is currently too difficult. • Online Consultation is still a big deal. • Searching doctors online and finding the right doctor is what people struggle with a lot. • Owing to our busy life taking care of our health (like taking medicines on time) has become a problem for most of us.

6. About Doc-Buddy Doc Buddy is application that will help you connect with doctors right from your home. All you need to do is create a profile over there, upload your medical history, search for the doctor you like and simply connect with them. Sounds easy right. It will also help in keeping all your medical documents safe and secure, so that you don’t lose track of any. With Doc Buddy finding a doctor of your choice by doing a comparative study of all the doctors will be available for you. Well do you know what it will also do. It will take care of your health even when you forget about it. It maintains a “health score” for you depending on your history so that you know when it is the right time to do the right thing

List of some important Features • Medical history ◦ It will Record all you medical reports from prescription to medicines everything and all with the doctors details. ◦ You can Feed in you previous data too. ◦ Suggestion of medicines as per medical history. (Eg. suggestion of medicines not to be taken by diabetic patients) with a AI based system. ◦ Check your Blood pressure or sugar levels trends in a graph format. ◦ Health Score as per you history • Hospital Locator ◦ Checking out nearby hospital with their rating and reviews • Doctor Search ◦ Check Doctor’s Profile to see his/her experience and degrees and make a Comparative study ◦ Rating wise Search ◦ Online Booking of Appointments.
9. • Online Consultation ◦ Book for online consultation ◦ Online Prescriptions and report Sharing • Notification for Diagnostic Test ◦ If any Diagnostic Test is prescribed by Doctor it will remind you with regular notifications. • Alert for Medicines ◦ Scan the Medicine bill/prescriptions. ◦ Set Up the medicine reminders as per the data extracted (configurable) • Sharing your Profile with Doctors ◦ Doctors can also be able check your profile whom you have already visited or only on your approval. It will consist of all you medical histories and doctor can prescribe medicines as per that. • Regular Reminders for checkup ◦ Monthly/Weekly reminder for checkup of Sugar levels, blood pressure levels and any custom reminder for monthly/quarterly health checkups as your needs. 11. Some Sample Use Cases • Call/Visit a doctor after 3 months of some operation also. Doctor can check you profile and prescribe you medicines as per your treatment • Get a quick analysis of your blood pressure/diabetes time to time for monitoring purpose. • Auto set reminders for medicine intake/routine checkup for better health. • Locate nearby hospitals/pharmacy.

Mobile Application using Flutter/React Native Web Application using React.js Google Cloud Platform Products & Services - Firebase(BaaS) - FireStore - Firebase Authentication. - Cloud Storage - Cloud Functions - Cloud Messaging - Place API, Maps Javascript API for hospital locator - AutoML Entity Extraction for scanning and extracting medicine details. - DialogFlow for Chatbot implementation.

17. Planned Prototype... We are currently planning to focus on Mobile application and we will be covering the below features: • Users will be able to login using their google account. Both patients and doctors will be able to login and setup a profile of their own. • For patients they will be able to add their complete medical history till date. • Users can set notifications for any diagnostic test (weekly,monthly,quarterly or any custom date as per their requirement). • Hospital Locator to find nearby hospital. • Doctor Search to find the doctor of your choice. • Medicine reminder by manually enter the data (AutoML Entity Extraction for later implementation)
