Address Learners’ Needs  Within any topic there are so many sub-topics and points to cover  You need to know the specific ones that your learners are interested in  Conduct Needs’ Analysis (survey, discussion, email, interview)  Cater your instructional design to meet their specific educational needs

Write Appropriate learning Goals Learning objectives: ▪ Performance-based (write, draw, create, design, etc.) ▪ Measurable (write essay, draw a circle, design a car, etc.) ▪ Specific (write 500-word narrative essays, draw a 2 inch circle, design a sports car, etc.) Learn, study, understand, etc.
