  1. • Cities are increasingly overcrowded. They struggle with congestion and

air quality. • Car usage in city centers is being discouraged and has become impractical. • The bicycle industry is dependent on cheap labour production in Asia resulting in an inflexible and polluting supply chain with long and uncertain lead-times. • 41% of e-bike buyers experience a malfunction in the first 3 months after the sale*. THE PROBLEM *source: Study from ANWB (2021)
  2. • People are discovering the e-bike as the perfect form

of city transport in more and more cities around the world. • The e-bike market is growing 26% YOY.* • Governments are supporting the adoption of e-bikes by subsidizing the purchase and investing in cycling infrastructure throughout Europe. • Average daily commute is 17km in Germany and less than 23km in the Netherlands and Belgium.* THE OPPORTUNITY *source: EU cycle logistics study, BBSR
  3. OUR SOLUTION Beautifully designed, local and sustainable produced e-bikes that

are well equipped for daily commuting all year round.
  4. WHAT MAKES MOKUMONO DIFFERENT 03 A JOY TO RIDE Our

e-bikes offer effortless rides and worry-free ownership with premium support, service and warranty. 01 MADE IN THE EU We developed the worlds first automated bicycle frame production process. 02 BUILT TO LAST We use high quality and durable components that require minimal maintenance. WE WANT TO BE THE LEADING E-BIKE BRAND IN TERMS OF SUSTAINABILITY, DURABILITY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
  5. 01 MADE IN THE EU INNOVATION AT THE CORE We

reinvented the way a bicycle frame is made with the development of the worlds first automated bicycle frame production method. Our goal is to bring production closer to the market. With our innovative production process we are able to produce frames within 60 days in The Netherlands compared to standard frame lead-times of 180 to 240 days in Asia. Our process gives us more design freedom, a lower carbon footprint and more flexibility to scale. Instead of using round tubes, a Mokumono bicycle frame is made by pressing sheets of aluminium into shape and laser welding those formed sheets together.
