    • TOEIC 600 => Maybe you can’t... • TOEIC 700 => You can, but very hard. • TOEIC 800 => You can understand with subtitle. • TOEIC 900 => Have fun!! I think TOEIC 700 - 800 level might be enough to start MOOC.
