Evelina Dzimanaviciute:Building Culture of High-Performance Without Burnout

"Despite recent advances in modern science and technology, we are more stressed, ill and unhappy than ever. Why? Because the way we live and work today is not aligned with how we have evolved to operate over millions of years of evolution. In this talk, Evelina will share how leaders can tap into the latest neuroscience research on human needs at work to design happy workplaces that drive organisational performance without stress and burnout.

This talk is for leaders and managers looking for practical tools and frameworks to balance the needs of the business with people's expectations and create happy, engaged teams. It will show you how most organisational problems stem from unaddressed people problems, and how to apply human-centric design to create a healthy organisational culture where everyone can perform at their best. If you are looking for tools to achieve business success without personal sacrifices and ensure a life without regret, this talk is for you."
