  1. Sequence of Operations for Solar Shutdown Date: 02.03.2023 Background: In

order to energize the 4.9 MW solar plant, there are 3 clusters (out of 5) to terminate in TPF electrical network to tap into the system (one is already terminated in line 3 and other one is to be done after Line 5 PEB erection and solar installation on its roof). Identification of Jobs and Areas Affected during Shutdown: Below is the list of activities to be done in the shutdown along with the areas to be affected and work plan against it Shutdown for Solar S No Jobs Electrical Network to Shutdown Areas to be Affected Action Plan 1 All power cutoff for Enercon Scada System Integration All Plant Supply IT Server Alternatively, rental generator will be operative to feed IT server room from line 3 LT room (45 mins backup in which switchover will take place) and lighting load of Headoffice, time office and Mess Headoffice, Time office and Mess Lighting To be supplied via rental generator Oil Heater Oil heater to circulate oil for cooling for 6 hours before shutdown All plant machinery and Auxiliary machines RO and Fire Network Diesel back up Pump to be used
  2. Fire Alarm System No Backup, Physical survillence should be carried

out Dispatch and Guest House No Backup STP1 Engines will be affected No backup 2 Termination of Line 3 MV Side (Solar Ground Cluster) FP1 and FP2 (Nigatta Bus) Line 3, PS3 and Secondary Slitters Headoffice, Time office and Mess Lighting To be supplied with either FP3/via rental generator Erema 2 Fire Alarm System of Respective Areas STP1 Engines will be affected No backup 3 FG Hall Cluster Termination STP 2 Transformer in Powerhouse CPP machines, Powerhouse Pump house, all chilled water supply, Warehouse and Guest house No Backup, Physical survillence should be carried out Fire Alarm System Physical monitoring will be required 4 Line 4 LT 1 Termination Transformer 5 (400 V Trafo in LT1 L4) UPS Line 4 Will be turned off Data Centre/IT Server IT server to be energized with Line 3 LT/Rental generator Boiler RO and Fire pump Network Diesel back up Pump to be used Carpentry Shop and Dispansary No Backup
  3. Sequence of Operations: After the stoppage of production lines, the

supply of oil heater will not be turned off until oil temperature drops to acceptable value. Hence consistent monitoring is requested by TPF Technical Dept. Below is the sequence of jobs to be executed during shutdown Sequence of Operations for Shutdown S No. Job Critical Areas for Alternate Supply Estimated Duration Methodology/Plan 1 Termination of Line 3 MV Side/ Nigatta Bus (Solar Ground Cluster) Generator MCC and some areas of lighting, line 3 and all slitters 10 Hours The termination on Nigatta Bus (Ground Cluster) will start right after machine stoppage and the affected areas mentioned in sec. 2 will be supplied via rental generator 2 Line 4 LT1, FG Hall (STP2 ACB) and Enercon Overall Shutdown IT Server, Oil Heater, Dispensary, Headoffice, Mess and Time office Area, CPP Lines, all slitters and metallizers and recycling machines 8 – 10 Hours 1. Once production is stopped the oil heater circulation pumps will not be turned off until oil temperature reduces below 100 degrees (6-8 Hours). After the oil temperature drop, the line 4 LT1 supply will be turned off from MV Side and all mentioned activities will start in parallel 2. Rental engine will be turned on which supplies to LT side of Line 3 (TR3), a cable loop from Line 3 LT to Line 4 LT1 Lighting MCC Panel is already laid and connected. In order to supply the IT server and Lighting of Line 4 area, a separate loop will be connected from mentioned Lighting/MCC panel to the outgoing of IT server supply breaker (Picture attached) while keeping the IT server UPS backup time (45 Mins)
  4. Note: The Activities mentioned in Sno. 2 can start as

soon as oil temperature drops and circulation pump turning off go head is given by technical team
