MOONS - Storyboard

"MOONS" is the title of a hypothetical animated film and this is a storyboard sequence from this film.

A young fisher boy, Keisuki wishes to become a musician. But he's stuck living alone with his brother, Genkei, in a fishing village with everlasting overcast skies. At the same time, there's a rumor of glowing lights in the water when jazz plays.
