Additionally, to ensure the safety of the surrounding area, Moxie investigates recent crime news on the internet to confirm that there are no concerns.
8. SUGGEST After the researching, Moxie suggests the optimal property by combining location and floor plan information on Google Maps. Additionally, Moxie sends the gathered information to the user via email.

HOW CAN WE BUILD Using OpenAI's Function Calling , created an AI agent that automatically performs the following tasks: repeatedly gathering user requirements, retrieving property information, conducting internet research, sending emails. To allow users to view detailed property information, the AI agent maps the location of the retrieved properties on Google Maps and displays the floor plan information on the frontend.
