  1. Dialog Pembrolizumab

  2. Dialog An injection that is meant to send treatment to

    the target area.

  3. Dialog The target mutation is EGFR: epidermal growth factor receptor

  4. Dialog EGFR is a protein found in cells that control

    cell division and survival.

  5. Dialog Mutations in the EGFR gene cause proteins to be

    made in higher than normal amounts on some types of cancer cells.

  6. Dialog This causes cancer cells to divide more rapidly

  7. Dialog In this case, it is because of bone metastases

  8. Dialog Bone metastasis occurs when cancer cells spread from their

    original site to a bone

  9. Dialog cancer cells can break away from the original tumor

    multiply
