Independent consultant Al Rogers was previously the superintendent of St. Hope Public Schools. Catering to autistic learners, this charter school included 2000 students, mostly from disadvantaged families. During his time there, he helped achieve a dramatic increase in ELA performance, something he remains proud of to this day.
