The majority of potential Network Publishers would not have the time nor the persistence-- neither in many cases, the sources-- to find out to create a channel in this manner. In fact, I've discovered that most hopeful Channel Publishers are NOT programmers in any way, shape or kind-- many are content makers, and material developers do not have the time to find out just how to create Roku Channels from the ground up. They 'd much instead be doing what they do best-- developing material.
