2. Introduction  In this competitive world, along with the technical skills for a particular job.  There are loads and loads of important things which help a person to get hired.  Here, in this presentation, I have made some key points that can help you, people, to a great extent.
3. Know the company well • You have to do thorough research for whatever company you are applying to. • It shows the hiring manager, your zeal to work in a particular company. • Also, try to know and gather information about your hiring manager.
4. Building a portfolio  You should make a personal portfolio.  It will help you to show all your skills, experiences, education, etc.  It will not only show but also prove them to your recruiters.
5. Writing the cover letter very carefully  You should write your cover letter as well as possible.  We all know, it’s the first thing a recruiter sees of any applicant.  It should contain important keywords and phrases related to the job you are applying for.  This will show your dedication to join a particular job.
6. Pay attention to body language and soft skills  It is important to be technically good if you are applying for a company.  It’s definitely true that hard skills matter.  But, don’t forget to refine your soft skills and body language.  These are also equally important when you are applying for any job.
7. Refine your Resume  Always try to showcase the skills and experiences related to a particular job description.  That is why it is advisable to make different resumes for companies of different domains.
