As a college student, when I entered the tech meetups around 2016, most of the times I felt like a "Lone wolf". Later when I started my own community in 2018 nothing changed much.

The group photos of meetups filled with men were not really welcoming for women participants. Starting from there to reaching out to colleges to start a women's coding club.

This is the most satisfying talk I had ever given.
