CC-BY OSPO Alliance - The Good Governance Initiative The Good Governance Initiative was started by OW2 in late 2020 to define a corpus of best practices and recommendations for Open Source Program Offices. • Open: it involves partners from various organisations and companies, who regularly meet to define the roadmap, synchronise on communication, and work on content. • Practical: focus on pragmatic advice and recommendations, gathered from experienced practitioners. • With a broad scope: goes beyond compliance and IP risks, to include HR, training, participation to events, funding and strategic thinking. The GGI holds weekly meetings open to all, and minutes are public.
