    we securely verify credentials in real life?
  2. Furthermore, what sort of real life scenario can we realise

    its demonstration? •The metro? •Buying cigarettes? •Carsharing?
  3. The next small thing in the world of digital identity!

    • Particularly essential in some systems – especially IoT use cases • Status quo has them solved via centralised platforms • i.e. Government-issued ID • Individual accounts on a product by product basis
  4. Inherent Problems • Revealing than is necessary. The classic passport

    at the bar scenario. • Too many applications/accounts • Tempting honey pots of user data • Culminates in a poor experience for the user
  5. An open-source ID protocol • Validated Identity on the blockchain

    • Mobile Wallet • Intuitive UX • Support for issuing credentials to wallets
  6. So . . . What did we do?? We wanted

    to add upon their credential idea by creating a real world use case Jolocom’s SSO application now functions on the Raspberry Pi microprocessor Validate a user’s credentials with Raspberry Pi, reflect that through real-world actions

    access • Age-restricted vending machines • Probably way more...
