A story made from past experiences growing up as a complete nerd. There wasn't much you needed to do to get me to focus on my grades as a kid. I was a sucker for comics, video games and manga. I didn't come home with a 100 every time though. All a part of growing up and intensified by the anxiety of the fact that I grew up in an environment where we compared each other's grades so you wanted to perform well just to give off this facade to your classmates that you were just as smart if not smarter than they were.
This was made as a cautionary tale for the kids. We all slip up, but never be afraid to ask for help.
