13. Bicycle and Motorcycle Options For more adventurous - Rent a bicycle, motorbike or car and explore the Pacific Marine Circle. Visit URANUS at China Beach and NEPTUNE at Port Renfrew. PLUTO can also be visited by taking the road along Cowichan Lake to Bamfield

Funding Strategy • Phased Construction over 5-10 years • Total Amount Needed – 11 Cairns + Sun – $7,500 per donation – cairn has bronzed plaque in honour of a nominee – Total Cost approx. $90,000 will be raised : • To build 11 cairns + SUN • Plus free rugged outdoor telescope at Cattle Point (as used on BC Ferries)

The Project Status • April 2014 : Conceived in Passau • May 2014 : Introduced the idea to : • Oak Bay Tourism • The Oak Bay Business Improvement Association • June 2014 : 4 Walks designed and “launched” on the Cattle Point Star Park Web Site • July-August 2014 : – Oak Bay Municipality Community Initiatives Committee – Oak Bay Council for approval for SUN and EARTH
