Budget envelopes is a very easy method to manage a personal or family budget. You can download it from Google Play store:

To manage your budget create as many envelopes that you want. Each envelope is related to a field in life (or a category of expense). For example, you can create a budget envelope for eating outside.
In the beginning of the month put the amount you want to spent inside the envelope. Whenever you are eating outside reduce the money from the envelope on your phone. So the envelope will always show you how much money you spend and how much money is left for eating out.
