  21. THIS IS OUR GUY!! CAN’T EXPECT HIM TO DO ANYTHING

ONLINE! USER STORY (SUMMARY VERSION) EXPERT He arrives at the conference, and the organizers, fellow experts and a few design enthusiasts recognize him instantly and he is mostly occupied throughout the conference. He is constantly in conversation with one person or other, and discussions on design and related fields keep him occupied most of the free time. The person has very little time to socialize online during the gaps between the events, and generally would be attentive during a event. EXPERIENCE STRATEGY DESIGNER/ DESIGN ENTHUSIAST He arrives at the conference, and mostly no one knows him. He checks himself in and moves on to attend events. When bored, he is constantly on his social network app, engaging in some useless conversation or the other. He socializes with people nearby during breaks and doesn’t gain traction and sustain the networking. The experience ends up learning new stuff and getting to know the identities of new people.
