Innovate Like You Mean It #T3CON14

Does this ring a bell? You start an awesome, important, innovative project in your company. You kick it off, the first days fly by and you come up with amazing results. You’ve achieved so much, and it’s just been three days! This is where Customer X enters the scene, dragging a huge pile of money, ready to be thrown in your direction... if you just get started on Project Y immediately and also clear out those super critical issues in Module Z. Fast forward three weeks. You innovative project is now but a distant memory. But you will get back to it later. For sure.
Innovation is a key process that enables your company’s growth. Yet, embedding innovation projects — or even worse, disruptive innovation — in your organisation is incredibly hard to pull off. There is no “easy way.” This talk is a report from the trenches. I will share our learnings, achievements and all the gory details of creating and launching Aloha Editor.
