He serves as Managing Partner of Harley Capital LLC, an independent broker-dealer, and Managing Member of Edge Partners LLC, which structures Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) to connect accredited investors with late-stage private companies. His work has crossed industries such as energy, healthcare, technology, and consumer markets, and includes early-stage involvement in companies like Facebook, Databricks, and Anthropic.

Craig’s journey began in New York, where he was born and raised. He later earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Hartford before starting his career with Lehman Brothers. At Lehman, he was introduced to the realities of institutional investing and the demands of global markets. The work required careful risk assessment, disciplined portfolio management, and client-focused strategies. It also gave him perspective on how traditional investment tools sometimes fell short of addressing the goals of high-net-worth individuals and institutions. This early insight shaped the way he would later approach alternative investments.

Guided by this understanding, Craig founded Harley Capital LLC. His vision was to establish an independent firm where transparency, accountability, and client relationships were central. Under his leadership, Harley Capital developed into a boutique company serving family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and trusts. Beyond traditional brokerage services, the firm provides clients access to alternative investments, including private equity and pre-IPO opportunities. The emphasis remains on careful structuring, diversification, and a commitment to long-term client success.

Craig expanded his professional focus by creating Edge Partners LLC. Designed to facilitate pre-IPO investments, Edge Partners uses SPVs to allow accredited investors to pool resources and participate in late-stage companies. The firm emphasizes areas such as artificial intelligence, robotics, cybersecurity, and software—sectors where innovation and market potential are strong. Operating as a Delaware Series LLC, Edge Partners combines efficiency with flexibility. His oversight ensures that investments are supported by thorough due diligence and positioned to benefit from liquidity events such as acquisitions or initial public offerings.

Craig’s investment philosophy is defined by three priorities: managing risk, timing decisions thoughtfully, and maintaining a long-term perspective.
