He has a deep passion for agile methodologies and learning about new things. He has been working as Head of Engineering and Software Engineer in the classifieds industry with OLX and eBay Kleinanzeigen for the last seven years. Now he’s looking forward to new adventures. His talk will be an entertaining story – in the spirit of the Phoenix Project – about a team that moves from Github flow to head based development. He will cover the theory of the process from a technical as well as a cultural standpoint.
