My expectations add 1 add 2 add 3 add contact yes no John and rose have agreed on ------ Expectation Agreement send I sent text messages to friends inviting them to set up day expectations with me e The expectations were around an event we were all part of I gave them 3 expectations to choose from If none of those expectations worked for them I would send them 3 new expectations to choose from Behavior Findings - To set up expectations prior to the event can cause less or more stress (not agreeing will cause more stress) - People need a casual and easy way to communicate expectations - Being flexible and being willing to compromise is something that people value - - Having a prior understanding between two people provides a more cohesive relationship How Prototype The overall experience went well. People appreciated making prior understandings between the people they were with to avoid possible conflicts.
