David Kircus is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of TEAM Strategies, where he uses his experience as a former NFL wide receiver to influence his leadership style. Each summer, he volunteers at recruiting camps, working directly with aspiring athletes to help them improve their skills and prepare for the challenges they will face in their athletic careers.

David began his athletic career at Grand Valley State University, where his talent quickly earned him recognition. His performance on the field led to his selection in the 2003 NFL Draft, where the Detroit Lions picked him. After his time with the Lions, he moved to the Denver Broncos, continuing to showcase his versatility on the field. He later played for the Las Vegas Locomotives in the United Football League, contributing to the team’s championship victory.

Raised in Imlay City, Michigan, he excelled in various sports, including basketball, football, and track. He earned All-State honors in basketball and set multiple records in track. He scored over 60 touchdowns on the football field during high school, demonstrating his exceptional athletic abilities. After high school, David chose to attend Grand Valley State University, where he helped lead the team to its first National Championship and set several NCAA records.

David’s professional football career began with the Detroit Lions, where he quickly became known for his work ethic and playmaking ability. He later joined the Denver Broncos, where he continued to impress, particularly during preseason games, with a memorable 84-yard touchdown reception. He also took on a mentoring role, helping younger players adjust to the professional football environment.

After retiring from football, David transitioned into the business world, becoming the COO of TEAM Strategies. He focuses on sales strategies, client relationships, and improving company operations in this role. His leadership has been essential to the company’s continued success.
